Founded in 1981, we specialise in Sectional Title Administration, Shareblock Management, Home Owner Association (HOA) Management and Student Lettings.
After developing the very first Sectional Title Property in Stellenbosch in 1981, we saw the need for student housing and started to provide a retail and commercial property management and letting service to the market.
We currently manage approximately 200 Sectional Title Schemes and Home Owners Associations across the Western Cape, all the way from Knysna and Hermanus and the Helderberg basin to Cape Town, including high concentrations in Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington and Franschhoek. Our rental department has more than 40 years experience in letting to the student market.
