Semi-Private room = R77 000 per year of R7 000 x 11 months)

Payment Options:

OPTION 1

Full annual payment of R79 200 or R77 000 (which room type is available)

OPTION 2

x 2 Payments 50% payments of R39 600 or R38 500 (which room type is available). 1st upon acceptance of lease agreement and 2nd on or before 1 June 2027

OPTION 3

11 x Equal payments of R7 200 or R7 000 (depends which room type is available) per month, to reflect on or before the 1st day of each month, starting the 1st of December 2026 until the 30th of November 2027.
